I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough!! She was instrumental in the entire planning process of my Twin daughters’ B’Not Mitzvah party. Michelle is not only organized, knowledgeable, thorough and on top of everything, but she is so kind and fun to work with (and we had her involved in every aspect that went into the planning of our party…..invitations, all vendors….Caterer, Decor, Photography, Videography, Venue, DJ, favors and anything else that was relevant to making our celebration as beautiful and elegant as possible)
Anything I asked Michelle about, she was on top of it, and even 2 steps ahead, so that night our family was able to enjoy the entire party knowing we had Michelle (and Elizabeth) there to facilitate everything we had spent 1 1/2 years planning together.I truly had so much fun working with Michelle and we were thrilled with how every aspect of our evening turned out and we have Michelle to thank!!!!!

She is very easy to work with and goes out of her way to make party planning and set-up easy. I consider myself a pretty organized person and was excited to plan my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah celebration (my first child to have one). A friend suggested I talk to Michelle, and once I did, I decided her help would alleviate stress for me. We absolutely cannot say enough about Michelle Kaboff and her company Events by Sweet Magnolia. My husband and I live out of town and when our youngest daughter announced her engagement last year, Michelle was recommended to us. I have to say hiring Michelle was the best decision we made throughout the planning process. Being that we live out of town, Michelle arranged all of our tastings, event location visits, florists, musicians, etc. completely around our travel schedule. She asked for our daughters vision for the wedding and put together a perfect list of vendors for us to visit. She accompanied us to each and every vendor, advised us on locations, food selections, cake providers, florists, videographers, invitations and everything else that is necessary to create the perfect day. Michelle didn’t miss any detail. She helped with bridal party gifts, goody bags for hotel guests, food for the wedding party on the day of, specialty beer for the groom in addition to 100 other little things that I would never have thought of, but she did. The wedding went off perfectly and in addition to all of her preplanning, her attendance on our daughters’ wedding day to take care of all details, allowed us all to enjoy the wedding and not worry about anything. I would recommend Michelle Kaboff and Events by Sweet Magnolia for any type of a celebration you are planning. She is an amazing event planner!

My experience working with Michelle for my daughter’s high school graduation party exceeded all expectations! From our first meeting I could tell she really cared about making it a very special party and personalizing it to reflect my daughter’s personality and interests. She met with both of us to understand what was important to her, what foods she liked and the vibe she wanted. As a student water polo athlete who loves to travel Michelle wanted to make sure her passions were reflected in the food and decor. She came up with the idea for a tropical drink hut next to the pool and incredible water polo ball cake pops! The funnel cake man was also a huge hit. She also had custom signage made to celebrate her travels to east coast for her trip to college. Overall I could not have been more pleased with the party and my experience with Michelle. I look forward to partnering with her on our next party and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a highly customized, thoughtful event.

I highly recommend Events by Sweet Magnolia and Michelle for your next special event. Michelle planned my daughter’s figure skating bat mitzvah, which was not an easy task! Michelle is very creative, budget conscious and just fun to work with. She is extremely detail oriented and organized. She has good connections with so many different vendors and came up with ideas I would have never thought of. She helped me with things that were above and beyond. Three of my good friends used her right after my event, after I raved about her endlessly.
